Do not read The Fault in our Stars on public transport! I’m about half way through and have almost cried multiple times all ready. I had a couple of long train journeys on Saturday which provided the perfect opportunity to get stuck in, although I arrived at my destination an emotional wreck! Really enjoying it though, full review when I have finished.

I started it on a layover and then finished it on the plane ride. Big mistake! Luckily, I had the window seat and was able to pretend like I was contemplating the clouds while mopping up my face.
I’m glad that it’s not just me that has made this mistake! I’ve had to read the rest in isolation in my room, I am not an attractive crier!
I was at the library with my kids when I got to the really sad part near the end. Oh boy! I didn’t want to cry in public, but I didn’t want to put it down either. 🙂
